The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease during a stressful time. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront, which I appreciated. The actual repair took a bit longer than initially estimated, but they kept me informed throughout the process. My car came back looking better than I expected! I do think they could improve their waiting area; it was a bit cramped when I visited, and a few more magazines or comfy chairs would have been nice. Still, the service was top-notch, and I would definitely return for any future needs.

My only suggestion would be to improve their communication on updates; I would have loved to receive a quick text while my car was being repaired just to stay in the loop. What a fantastic auto body shop! I can't recommend this place enough. After my car was sideswiped in a parking lot, I was worried about how the repairs would turn out. From the first phone call, the team was professional and reassuring. They scheduled me for an estimate the very next day! Upon arrival, they greeted me warmly and even offered a cup of coffee while I waited. The technicians were thorough and took their time explaining what needed to be done and why. They even showed me the parts they were replacing, which really built my trust in their work. My car was ready ahead of schedule, and it looked incredible—like nothing ever happened! I would say the only downside was that they were a bit busy, so there was a short wait time when I arrived for my pickup. Still, the service was worth it! I will definitely return for any future repairs, and I’ve already been telling friends and family about this hidden gem!
